Partnered with senior leadership and library stakeholder teams to develop theories of action, define testable hypotheses, and identify measurable success criteria for new features, services, and learner-facing initiatives.
Designed statistical forecasting models and causal inference analyses (mixed-effects, regression) to evaluate policy impacts and forecast future outcomes on scholarly publishing, ultimately saving the libraries from spending an additional two million dollars per year.
Conducted exploratory analysis on millions of learner and patron interactions to uncover behavioral and operational patterns that can be used to improve the libraries’ ability to support scholarship, research, and learning.
Built self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Alma Analytics SQL OBIEE) that provide non-technical stakeholders with real-time access to key performance metrics, improving data accessibility and operational decision-making.
Collaborated with engineers to improve data pipelines, event instrumentation, and data quality, ensuring accurate measurement of user behavior and product engagement.
Translated complex statistical findings into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences, driving adoption of insights across teams.
